Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• Applicant and co-authors take full responsibility for the content of the submitted work, as well as for the fact that the copyrights of the third parties have not been infringed.
• Author(s) confirm that there is no conflict of interest between them and any institutions or individuals in connection with the development of the publication.
• Author(s) agree that the Publisher will make the necessary editorial changes in the text, which does not infringe on the rights regarding personal copyright.
• Author(s) will refer to the comments of reviewers. Their inclusion determines the publication of the article content.
• This journal provides immediate open access to its content under the Creative Commons BY-NC 4.0 license. Authors who publish with this journal retain all copyrights and agree to the terms of the above-mentioned CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
• The text is single-spaced; uses a 11-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
